1. 7-Day Replacement Window

Customers may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery in cases of manufacturing defects, glass breakage during transit, or incorrect dimensions delivered.

2. How to Initiate a Replacement

  2. Provide a clear photo or 10-second unboxing video showing the damaged frame or glass.
  3. Our team will dispatch a fresh replacement unit within 48 hours.
